Review Etiquette for LivinWell
Some guidelines & some hard facts.

Great reviews are the heart & soul of the LivinWell community.
We believe that everyone benefits from honest and timely reviews and engagement- and our businesses welcome the feedback.
Some general guidelines-
- Reviews should be informative and reflect on your actual experience. Don't try reviewing something you've only "heard" about.
- Remember that your experience is a snapshot in time. Obviously, if you are a regular customer you have more snapshots to base your opinion on.
- It's a review. About a business. No matter how horrible the experience, this isn't the forum to turn things ugly, or personal or worse.
- Extremely negative reviews get flagged and to the extent possible, we want you and the business owner to engage and sort things out.
- Business owners can reply to any review.
- Reviewers are able to edit their reviews at any time inside their dashboard.
The Line in the Sand-
- We will not tolerate personal attacks which violate our Terms & Conditions- But basically- no personal attacks. No racial, sexual or political points need to be raised on a Wellness Lifestyle website. (it's crazy times when this needs to be mentioned at all)
- Please own the photos you are posting.
- We will not post any review that violates any of the above.
- Repeat offenders will get blocked.
