Quick Tips for using LivinWell

While we've tried hard to make LivinWell accessible to everyone- on as many devices as possible, here are some tips to help you become a super-user.

1. Join the Site- As a registered-user you get access to a number of additional features and functions.  Once logged in, you'll have your own dashboard and profile to customize.  It is also the only way you can leave reviews.
2. Update your User Profile- Inside your your account you will have the option to set up the profile you created when you registered.  Upload an avatar or foto, set up your social media accounts and other contact preferences start leaving reviews.
3. Set up your Favorites- Save your favorite listings or events by selecting the SAVE button on each listing.  You can review or edit this list anytime inside your dashboard.
4. Did you know?- Even though there are over +300 business categories, you can reach every listing inside LivinWell through the 4 categories on the Home page.
5. Search by ANYTHING- LivinWell has an advanced search function which enables you to find what you're looking for fast.  Our site filters allow you to search by category, location, features or any combination you can think of.  Go ahead and try it out.
6. Report any problems- If you find a listing that is incorrect (business moved, closed, other wrong data)- you can use the report listing button to make us aware of the issue.
7. Use this Knowledge Base- We try to address most common questions and issues in articles posted here.  If you have a question and can't find the answer- feel free to contact support. 
8. Use Chat- LivinWell has live chat staffed with our GreenGeeks who are based in the Dominican Republic.   Most of us are actively pursuing a Wellness Lifestyle and are customers and users of many of the businesses from the RD.  We welcome the opportunity to assist you with any questions.
